Business Protection and Retaining Talent
When you find great employees, you’ll want to keep them (and to do your best to stop them from leaving and taking your clients with them). We work with clients in preparing contracts and policies which work to protect their businesses from exiting employees. When the preventative steps don’t initially stop problems, we are by your side in using the court to protect your business.
There are various ways in which an employer can incentivise key staff. Employee share option schemes are one means of doing so, others include bonuses and/or benefits. We can provide support and advice with these.
We work with exiting employees advising them as to the enforceability of their contractual terms and on strategies to minimise the risk of litigation. When litigation can’t be avoided, we can deal with the court proceedings.
