She has worked across various sectors for the past 10 years, with a particular focus on the retail, manufacturing, energy and professional services sectors.
Siobhan’s in-house experience at a Fortune 500 company (where she worked on multi-jurisdictional employment matters, amongst other things) has given her a focused commercial outlook. This makes her ideally placed to handle employment issues for her clients. She builds strong relationships so she can understand the business and position of her clients to provide considered, clear and relevant advice.

Siobhan has won awards for her excellent contributions in terms of pro bono work and spent many years volunteering on employment law advice lines. She is currently a career mentor for university students.
Siobhan has conversational Spanish and has been part of local choirs for over 30 years. She’ll hopefully be popping up on ITV Carols this year.
