New year, new job, new you? Would you like to join an award-winning fast-growing commercial law firm in the heart of Manchester?
Apprentice Legal Administrator:
You have excellent communication and organisational skills and good attention to detail. You’re looking for a role where you’ll be at the heart of a busy city-centre law firm, assisting with filing, general administration, typing, marketing, answering calls, and more.
This is a varied full-time role for a sociable person, who is keen to learn varied office-based skill sets in a friendly, busy city-centre environment.
Personal Assistant and IT support:
You have excellent organisation skills and a sound understanding of IT (including HTML/website experience if possible) with experience and awareness of Microsoft office so that you could assist colleagues with their basic IT queries and liaise with our outsourced IT supplier to deal with more complex IT queries.
You have a can-do attitude and friendly positive outlook and would be willing to do a variety of tasks to support fee earners including typing, accounts, compliance, taking calls, and archiving. You’re looking for a flexible/part-time role. You may already have experience of working in a law firm or similar.
If you’re interested in either of these roles, please get in touch ASAP by sending your CV and a covering letter, explaining why you’d be suitable, to: email@example.com.
Please be aware that we will require two full references for each role and will request these at the short-list stage. Appointments likely to be made in the new year, after we have considered applications and interviewed those shortlisted. If you need any more information, please give us a call.
We’re also looking for a relatively senior (e.g. 4+PQE) commercial/corporate lawyer to join our busy, friendly and fun team. If you share our ethos and goals – e.g. great client care, partnership approach, commercial thinking – and would like to work with Mark, Richard, Sherrelle, Jennifer, Joe and the rest of our team, please do get in touch by emailing your CV and a cover letter (addressed to Mark Traynor please) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
