Dispute Resolution Associate
Sarah is an Associate at HRC Law LLP. She specialises in Commercial Dispute Resolution and Employment Law.
Sarah read Law at Cambridge, graduating in 1995 with First Class Honours. She is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales and New South Wales, Australia.
Sarah has extensive commercial dispute resolution expertise, including contract disputes, shareholders disputes, partnership disputes and professional negligence claims. Sarah has experience of litigation in Courts and Tribunals in the UK and internationally and also of other methods of dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration.
Since 2005, Sarah has also acted for a wide range of employers, advising on all aspects of employment law and human resources strategy, including employment contracts and directors’ service agreements; policies and procedures; investigations, disciplinaries and grievances; discrimination; whistleblowing; restructuring and redundancy; business acquisitions; TUPE; executive terminations; restrictive covenants and high value and complex employment disputes.
Sarah has particular experience in recruitment and recently contributed to Boomerang Funding’s blog with a piece on getting paid permanent recruitment fees. You can read that here. She’s also has sector expertise in the nursery care sector.
